Somehow.... leave it to me, I got my finger closed in the screen door (hinge side) and ended up with this beauty!!! It's LOVELY.

They "numbed" up my finger with Lidocaine? I think... It swells up the finger... Look how big that knuckle is?????







Ok, so now it has been a month since the horrible screen door accident. What we have now is a damaged fingernail, (a slice and discoloration in the corner, and still a swollen nail bed under the skin where the laceration occurred.

They really love each other, and it shows... they are so good to each other.

Could she be the Evenflo Baby????

I was thinking of sending this one into Evenflo. They are looking for a new baby for the 2008 campaign. What do you think???

Ethan was a Lion

At school we were pretending that it was Halloween and Ethan wanted to be a LION. This is what is left of his face paint after playing outside and nap time. He is still a cutie!!!

It's time to PARTY

Ethan turns 3!!!! Time to Party... He has been to a dozen parties this summer and now it is his turn to be the birthday boy!!!!!

PRESENTS!!!!!

The best time of the day, besides the cake!!! Ethan is now 3 and it is great to see him open all his gifts by himself. He had a good time ripping into all that wrapping paper. Thank you everyone for the wonderful gifts, they are all greatly appreciated.

Bathing Cuties

OK saying that it was HOT was not the word that I would have used. I can not believe how hot it was today. I really thought that we were on our way to Fall. Temps in the 60's earlier in the week!!! I thought that this was going to be a cool day. Then I saw the forecast.... HAZY HOT and to top it off HUMID!!! We set the pools up last night thank goodness!!!! I was nice to see all the kids playing in the water. Look how cute all these little ones look in their bathing suits!!!

After everyone had left I got in with Bri and Ethan. Sophie made a quick appearance. I have to say, I have nothing but great things to say about this pool!!!

Time for Cake

A huge thanks goes out to Patty for making Ethan's Birthday cake. A real pastry cake.... nothing like it.... IT WAS THE BEST!!!! You captured him perfectly, it was beautiful and delicious.

Ethan received some John Deere tractors and squirt guns from Garrick and Patty. I am sure that he will enjoy hours of fun from both. Thank you.

Money!

First thing Ethan told me when we got to the show, was that he needed money. Mommy get your purse I need some monies. (Well I would say so, he has expensive taste as you can see)

Is he ready Kerry

Ethan is able to turn a corner better than his mom. With no help and on the first time around the track Ethan made all the turns. Now that is a lot better than I ever did on a four wheeler. Kerry I think that he is ready to go with you and Fred on your next excursion.

Gator Rides

In the field you can take your child in the GATOR tractor for a ride. Ethan I think especially liked that he did not have to sit in his car seat. He was a big boy with a seat belt. They have child sizes in this tractor that Ethan drove in our pics from the fourth of the July.
